    ME Bench

Not feeling that good about training today, I got pretty sunburnt on saturday. Getting set up was quite painful, I could barely wear a t-shirt today.

    Bench

Upto 180lbs then just kept adding weight until fail,

    so I think I got;

    180 + 2 small chains x 1
    180 + 2 small, 1 big chain x 1
    180 + 2 small, 1 big, 1 big big chain x miss (310lbs)

It worked out to be around 130lbs of chain at the top for the heaviest set. I got it about an inch off my chest and it just stopped.

Then some triceps and light upper back, couldn't do much more.

My first reaction was the same! I'm sure he'll still be our same old Risky boy, albeit a sunburnt one. Ouch. Say Hello to Vera (Aloe Vera) :-)

Never mind how kick ass I am, its all about my name eh?

Eh, I'm tired of being under a monkier best suited to a pro-gamer. Plus it does give me a little more cred online on various sites, if someone stumbles across WBB or any other forum that can make the conection between myself and quality information.

Hey, great photos! ..... with no sunburn showing! Oh, nice pole by the way LOL. Ok so I confess to not being a GoodyGirl and have had naughty food and a red wine (or two) and am in a silly mood. On a serious note, I think the name change is a smart move.

Breakfast was a few pork sirloin sammiches, lunch was about 5 powerades and a whole chicken, and dinner is going to be two full sheets of American Pork Spare ribs in a BBQ Hickory glaze. Its cruisey, I do enjoy being the boss again.

Got the rental today, we move on the 14th of Dec. So I've still got time to buy up some new furniture and **** the old off. I found a FANTASTIC Modular 3+2+1 Corner suite with Ottoman for 1k, or a 2x1 reclining sofa for 600. They were both INCREDIBLY comfortable, but I'm worried about getting the modular through the front door. We will see.

    225 x 3
    270 x 1
    315 x 1
    360 x 1
    + Pro Briefs
    405 x 1 cakeity cakeity PR

Was going to work up and add gear, but we had a comp on at the gym for the WPC/CAPO national push/pull (pull being a postal national). I helped ref and tried to help Steve out with his shirt before he got into his groove, with 2 attempts at a national record 125kg press at 67.5 (masters). George Okenov blew up a sweet 440 to qualify for the pro bench in March, then another 473 for kicks - passing on his third. Ryan Kenelly has been helping him with his geared training and even put his order for a SDP from HOP, nice guy!

Setting up the gym and setting a PR was enough for me today - but I could of comfortably had 500 in just briefs, I felt ****ing great. Alas, there is always next time

Was a fun day, I'm getting really surprised by the 67.5's - pulling well into the 200kgs, which means I really need to work at my tech. But it also means I must coach allright, haha.
