ME Bench

Not feeling that good about training today, I got pretty sunburnt on saturday. Getting set up was quite painful, I could barely wear a t-shirt today.

Bench

Upto 180lbs then just kept adding weight until fail,

so I think I got;

180 + 2 small chains x 1
180 + 2 small, 1 big chain x 1
180 + 2 small, 1 big, 1 big big chain x miss (310lbs)

It worked out to be around 130lbs of chain at the top for the heaviest set. I got it about an inch off my chest and it just stopped.

Then some triceps and light upper back, couldn't do much more.
