As good as can be expected after the week just passed with toothache et al. It will take a few days to recover properly after a couple nights missed sleep, a couple days of hardly any food and the amount of pain killers I ate. 265 should not have been a problem. In fact I probably should have taken it again. Ah well.

Totally missed the log change and switch of routine.

Looking well though, toothache sounds crappy. The worst injury is one that prevents eating!

No no, I am good as new. Been eating like normal again. It was root canal. Would have been worse if I had it out.

Cheers K! 12'' box puts me right about 1'' below //. Have to practice how I want to play as it where. Form was ok but speed was a bit ****ed. That is why I dint put on more than 2pps. I think overall I was a bit blasted. Back to normal now I think/hope.

This was all I had time for. Happy enough. Got a vid of the final set of squats that I will fire up later. My wife phoned me right before my last set to tell me that our 2 year old was being a brat. She was a bit flustered (and 7 months pregnant) so I hurried through my last set, did the GMs and bolted. I lacked focus a bit, meh...
