Great session for a weezing sack of ****. Eyes are streaming, head is full of cotton wool, ears feel full of water and at some point within the last 48 hours I have swallowed a rasp because that is the only way my throat could feel the way it does.

On a brighter note.... I finish work tomorrow for a week, so on Tuesday we are heading to my aunts holiday home on the North West coast of Ireland. I am on a deload from then anyway which is sweet. Lots of great food and time with the family. Good times.

Flynn bro you are looking solid. Good to see your hard work paying off with the number climbing up and up. Huge pull and that bench ain't nothing to sneeze at! As for the pizza, lets say I was scrolling through your journal till I saw that. Then I did a screeching halt that had smoke coming off my mouse. Fu(king thing looks goooood.
