Every so often, I'll have the urge to binge. Actually it's more like 3x per week. And it's usually on carbohydrate based foods, and salty ones at that. <coughs> - eg: Pretzels. I'll eat about 3 servings. 300 cal, 69g carb.
I don't see much wrong with them, other than the fact that they are "Enriched Wheat Flour". Wouldn't it be safe to say Pretzels are a good source of carbs?
This is just me not trying to feel so guilty.
