there is a machine i like to use and i do triceps on it.
it is called the IMPACT DIP MACHINE or at least it looks like this one...
so thats the name i'm going with
NOTE: the machine i use has a FLAT BACK which is NOT LEANING forwards like this one, it is leaning EVER SO SLIGHTLY backwards.
anyway, i like to keep my elbows IN (close to my body) when doing these but i see people having their elbows OUT as well.
which is better?
