Not to brag because most of you are still so much better an I still have a lot of room for improvement but in a matter of a month I have made some great gains. I added over an inch to my arms, my back is noticeably more defined and bigger, squat has improved, and bench has greatly improved. I think i owe myself a week off to recharge an get back to hard work then.
What is the question of the topic? I don't know hot to respond other then, good job?
Some numbers would be a more efficent way of displaying your gains
All lifts are raw:
Dead lift: 500(max)
Not to sound harsh but I dont see any questions, anything interesting, or any way to really respond but to say this thread is pointless.
short term goal: 200
Long term goal: Lean 225
Yeah i know there really is no point an mods can feel free to delete it but i was just extremely happy.
Good job on the gains, pf289. There's no need to delete this thread, you're proud of yourself and what you've accomplished. A relax week isn't a bad idea, at all. Good luck and keep up the good work.
PS - some beginning and ending numbers would be helpful.

Sometimes people post just to tell the world out of pride. I dont think there is anything wrong with that. Not ever post need pose a question. If that were true, over 1/2 the post here would need to be deleted.
