Here are a few video clips of Wednesdays training. I touched 755 and then did 800 to a 2 board for a little overload work. Vinnie Dizenzo offered up some good advice that I have been implementing such as holding the weight for a couple seconds at the top of each rep and keeping my hand off guy away from the bar. I plan on opening with the 755.
