Here is a video with some training from this past week:
95 lbs Dumbell - One arm clean & press for 20 reps.
Arm Over Arm Pull - Upper body only, 405 lbs for speed.
Farmers Walk - 265 lbs per hand for 50 feet, easy set.
Incline Bench Press - 315 lbs x 4
Deadlift - 500 lbs x 10 touch and go, easy.
I am just getting back into my heavy gym workouts and will start chasing some PR's soon. Looking for a 500 lbs front squat and 700 lbs deadlift before the end of the year.
I just realised you weigh 8lbs less than me, but your 4" shorter.... your a monster!
