I'm looking to start some GPP type training with a few goals in mind
Increase vertical jump
I haven't done anything like this before although I used to do track and field and play basketball. Can you guys give me some exercises/routines to work with? I'm looking at training 1-2 days a week on top of already doing SS.
will these be beneficial to me?
plyo training (box, squat and depth jumps/bounding etc)
