    Raw Squat and briefs and knee wraps...

    Worked up to 560 raw and 755 w/ briefs and wraps.
    Current PR's 198 - 220
    Squat - 777 - 771.5
    Bench - 611.7 - 628.2
    Deadlift - 567 - 584
    Total 1929 - 1973

    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Thanks Nick, I know my depth wasn't quite there in the briefs...so I have to work on that before I get to another meet.

    Mike, I am quite the depth Nazi, so I would have to say you did not hit depth in any of those squats. Regardless, that is a hell of a lot of weight to have on your back, especially in the fashion you did that, so it is still impressive for sure.

    Thanks joey, yeah; I kind of thought the raw on was borderline, and I did a 705 that I didn't include in the video that looks to be right where I want to be. Usually to fix my depth I just hae to get back to box squatting for a while, so I'll be sure to do that. This session was primarily about getting under some heavy weight, but I do hate to cut 'em high.
