    440 x 4 belt, wanted 10 reps for a new PR but had no drive or groove, next time

    Off Road, that is the ultimate goal for me. I need to start getting these sets on video because I'm getting old and won't be doing this kind of set forever. Once I hit 20 reps with the 405 I think I'm going to start doing stiff leg deads off of plates or change things up a bit.
