    Ha. Both the bench and DL are geared lifts. Yes, the snatch is a good lift for me. MUCH better than my clean and jerk!

    Going to try to get a bench vid this friday for the comp, i feel like a jerk not going through with the comp but i moved my meet and maxing on squats/deads wasnt in the works.
    I can still get a bench in though, if no one minds me being a bench only guy for this haha.

    Thought I would post my videos for the contest. Bodyweight 208/209, age 45. I wish I would of had time to do a 500 squat but this is my best for this contest, I know my deadlift sucks but I will work on that for the next contest, I can usually pull 500 raw but couldn't get one in for this contest. This has been a fun time for me since I haven't been squatting or deadlifting much these days. I now have drive again thanks to this contest to do a full meet in 2010.     yeah come on contest i need some free protein and some money for christmas presents! imma try smolov for my squats starting next week. just gonna knock 30lbls off my max so i don't burn out. expecting biggg things.. big things!

    that's the calculator that makes stuff much easier. my friend from another forum put 75 lbls on his raw squat in 12 weeks. went from 510 to 585 at 220lbls
