    Deadlift
    135 x 5 - hook grip
    185 x 5
    250 x 3 - thumbs hurt from the hook grip
    315 x 2 - mixed grip
    365 x 2
    400 x 5 - belt; dead stop
    400 x 5 - 1st 3 dead stop, then touch & go
    410 x 5

    Dimel Deadlift
    250 x 8
    250 x 5
    225 x 5 - way too heavy on these... way, way too heavy.

    Landmines
    Bar x 20 - not a good idea after deadlifts

    Standing Ab Pulldowns
    80 x 20 x 4

    BW = 193 lbs

    Did not eat near enough today. About 10 ~ 20 lbs shy of where I need to be on deadlifts. However, its been about two months since I pulled. Overall, not too bad.

    Shot my wad on setting a SOHP PR. Changed my plans for the rest of the workout. Kept it a bit lighter, concentrated on getting some work done. Felt good to move some weight overhead again.

    BW = 196 lbs

    Worked out at 11:00 today. I didn't get what I wanted out of the squats. Had trouble staying tight. Felt tired and discombobulated. Not happy with training today. Either I was off today or I've bitten off more than I can chew.

    I train at 5:30 or 6:00 - after a nap. No, I was supposed to hit 370 x 3 x 4 and 375 x 3. I didn't even try 375 x 3. Even unracking the weight was horrible. Normally, I get to a heavy weight, and I'm so tight when I unrack it, the weight feels light. Today, it all felt off.

    365 x 1 - couldn't keep my upper back tight, caved coming out of the hole, stepped forward. Called it there

    Bicipital tendonitis flared up big time. Made it extremely difficult to squeeze the bar. This is the most painful it has ever been. I mean... damnit, it f'n hurts - a lot. I am a very sad banana.

    I've been fighting tendinitis in my right arm for ages. I really need to take the time to get it to heal. My original plan was to take a few months after the bench meet and do a bunch of bodybuilding stuff to let my body heal. But the April 6th meet was soooo damned tempting, I really wanted to go for it. I haven't given up yet... but reality may force my hand.

    Don't want to tear a biceps because I'm too stubborn to let it heal.

    I throw on old Inzer Knee Sleeve on the arm. Usually, it helps, but last night was something special. Still hurts/sore today, biceps, elbow, and shoulder.

    Got sick last Friday. Lasted a good 4 days. Work schedule kept me out in the field. No food to be had for 14 hours. Very, very unhappy about that. Lost a good 10~20 lbs off my bench. Things are not going according to plan.
