I'm spending a lot of time on pre/rehab exercises and will continue to do so. My left hand grip is suffering. Grabbing the bar and squeezing irritates the injured tendon (hopefully close to fully healed by now). It can be uncomfortable. I don't know if I'll ever fully regain grip and/or torque strength in that hand. I do know I can keep working at it.
