365 x 2 x 4 - belt and knee sleeves; felt easy

Lunges - 25 lbs in each hand
10 x 3 - holy crap these killed me!

Squats felt good. I concentrated on setup and walkout. If I do it correctly, I can walk out in two steps. If I don't, it is three. Squats felt good for the first time in a very long time. Thought about initiating each rep as a hip hinge. By doing this, I broke at the hips, sat back, and hit depth with ease. Reps felt extremely easy.

I worked with a wider stance today. That combined with finally sitting back lit up my inner thighs, hamstrings, and glutes. Means I'm finally doing it right. Had to call it a little early because I'm going to be sore tomorrow.
