    Favorite CRAZY max effort bench movement?

    What crazy things do you guys do on max effort bench day?

    For example 260 in band tension raw press or shirt 2 board with 200 in chains + 110 in bands.

    One I like doing is shirt bench 3 board with 200 in bands.

    Just after some fun crazy type things to do to mix it up on heavy bench day, rather than always doing shirt work straight weight.

    Any idea's or movements you guys have come up with would be great!
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    LOL you really like that 260 in bands don't you Nick?

    This was a fun one that Greg and I did some time ago

    Another fun one was 225 bar weight and 10 pairs of chain for a floor press single. That was pretty brutal.

    Nick,
    I do a lot of 2-3 bd. stuff w/ band tension like you mentioned. Also, Hvy, Raw reverse bands full ROM & off bds.

    The oddest thing I've ever done is hang kettlebells(62lb. ea.) on the bar w/ approx. 135lb. bar weight. full ROM... Very tuff!!! Very hard to stabilize...

    Think I saw Louie Simmons doin' em' somewhere in a video. Works w/ DL's too, off blocks or deficient/ hang pulls.

    Did this with 45lb bells and 180 and found it hard!
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    I used to love doing close grip, shirted, reverse bands (blues + greens) 3 boards. The amount of weight you can handle is insane and they really helped my lockout.
    960/530/749 @ 242
    903/524/738 @ 220
