    Well, I sort of punked out in asking her about the gym just because I was afraid she would of said no. BUT, she did release me back to work........sooooooo i'm taking that as a pass to start training again starting tomorrow or Monday.

    Well that's good, and doctors suck withlifting weightslol. They always advise against it.

    Nice SQ/DL workout!!!!! Raw training does suck sometimes, but when you hit a PR then raw training rules!!!!!!!
