    Thanks Brian, I am really hoping to get a 400 bench. If I do I'll be extremly happy, 400 has been my goal ever since I started lifting weights at 12yrs old.

    I hope so. I plan to really work with my opener and 2nd attempt in these last few weeks of training(espeacilly my opener), that way I know that there will be no complications in getting the weight.

    To the chest, I've never really gotten much out of shirted boards for some reason, always done them raw.
