    (Good workout today, all squat and deadlift sets felt really strong. Still hadn't gotten up to any very heavy weight in squats and dead's, I'm trying to work in 3 week cycles going heavier each week and deloading on the 4th week.)

    Deficit deadlifts are so hard! Lets just say they are one of my least favorite variations, way to train smart.

    Nice work on the vag machine too, haha jk man.

    lol thanks man. I actually like using the In & Out thigh machine, but I mainly just use it to warm up my hips and groins areas.

    Yea raw work is pretty cool. I just hope my shoulders are able to hold up, they have a tendency to ache after a few weeks of heavy raw work.

    I have no personal experience but if shoulders give you trouble you may want to look into indian clubs. Travis or I believe its scott would be able to tell you more about them.
