    I have mixed feelings about the decline press, another guy I know swears by 'em and are his primary chest movement. The session is indeed nice overall bro.

    God you're such a pansy dude, do some work will you? Haha. I do decline about every other week or so, it's a shitty all out type effort for 6 reps, I really feel it in my chest and have an amazing pump afterwards, chesticles FTW!

    I'm doing a bench routine that Wade Johnson had me on awhile back, doing Flat bench on Monday and close-grip decline bench on Thursday. He had me doing the 2 work sets of 6 reps and a drop set of 8 reps. With the close-grip it makes the triceps the main mover in the exercise but I still feel it in my chest also, Wade says it builds up pressing power in the flat bench. He also says declines takes the shoulders out of the movement and allows you to have 2 heavy bench sessions a week without overtraining the shoulders.
