    there are days when youll go in and just get crushed with easy weight, **** ive have 3-4 workouts in a row where i didnt do ****. Put it this way, its been over a year since ive had a PR meet just dont give up!

    Thanks man, yea I have been at this to long to quit. I really love this stuff lol. It'd probably easier if I had someone to workout with but I do what I can

    I worked out at a different gym today and on my shirted sets I could'nt get set up on the bench right. Kept looseing my arch(bench was slick), but the bench sets still felt swtrong.

    I workout at a YMCA and on Friday's they close at 7:00pm and it was like 3mins till when I got done with all my deadlift/low back, and glute work.
