I posted a few days ago in B&WL asking about Squatting and Knee soreness.

Someone asked if I could post a video so I dug the digital camera out and made a few videos of my form on squats, deads, and cleans.
My first video of my squat revealed that I was letting my knees slide way forward, so this video shows me focusing no sticking my butt out and trying to keep my knees from drifting forward. The cleans look better then I thought they would.

Let me know how I am doing. All 3 lifts are at a weight of 135 focusing on form.
