Hey whats up WBB
I am finally starting up an online journal for my progress. I'm 21 years old and currently on my third year as a student at Rowan University in NJ, I'm actually roomates with DGabe24 for those of you who know him on here. My first year of college I attended Iona in NY, where I played soccer and around 2 years ago, (October 30, 2007) I fractured my back in two spots and herniated a disc. The summer that followed was major back surgery with bars and screws, the whole nine yards. Up until a little less than a year ago I have been weight-lifting free.
I've been lifting with DGabe24 since then and have been loving my gains and progress.
I'm looking around for some beginner routines I should stick to and really start logging my numbers etc.
I would like to lower my BF% and get my numbers up
BF: (rough guess) 15%
Thursday I'll be posting my numbers for my workout.
