I was wondering if anyone here trains only one bodypart a week and still sees gains. or as much as if they did 2 or 3
yes you can gain on a one bodypart per week ...it may be that you have good recovery and would make better gains training each b/p twice a week, everybody is different.

Yep...depends on the person and their experience lifting. Not to mention diet and sleep. I slept 12 hours every night this last week and trained my chest three times. It grew.
