    Had a good workout and got in a lot of stuff. My BP was off today I think it was because I was running out of gas by my last sets and I had to use a different bench then normal because of it being so busy in the gym.

    BB Caber 70*150ft, 80*150ft, 90*150ft, 100*150ft -pick, hold, walk, run, plant


    Front Squats to Chin-ups to Dips than a break 5 times:
    Front Squat 75*10, 115*10, 135*10, 165*8, 185*6 -techniqe work, I am not use to this motion
    Chin-ups BW*8 for 5 sets
    Dips BW*10 for 5 sets

    Pushdowns to Tate to Press than a break 3 times:
    Tri Pushdowns L/R 60*15, 70*15, 80*15

    DB Incline Press L/R 35*10 for 3 sets -modified to keep DB touching and touch off from Chin to make it more like a stone toss.

    Coke: The sprints are really kicking my butt but I think they are working. I am going to take it kinda easy this week, pre my HG, and take off both Thursday and Friday to only to some stretches or a jog so I am fresh.
