Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    good workout routine

i love writing my own workout routines and have been doing so for a few years, but i feel like my progress isnt what it could be. can anyone give me a good routine for a 3 day per week program?

i do my working out at home, saves me money plus i have a lot of equipment:
    -bench press
    -ez bar
    -a range of dumbells
    -pullup bar
    -exercise ball
-low to high tension toning bands
-golds gym bowflex knockoff machine, dont like to use much since its in weird shape, but i use it for some stuff

id like to bulk up more, with some emphasis on the arms, especially triceps. im not asking for someone to do my work, i just wanna see what you guys suggest since you probably have a lot more experience. thanks a lot

I really dont want to start a huge discussion about direct work vs non direct work, but I would like to say that on a bulk, most of your mass gains are going to come from all-around heavy compounds like squats, deads, and presses. SS as mentioned above is a perfect example. I was just anticipating a future concern you may or may not have thought of after reviewing the routine.

    Try it. Youll love it.

Generally, if you read a piece of advice on the internet, assume it's wrong until proven otherwise. This applies especially to "conventional wisdom". -Belial
