i love writing my own workout routines and have been doing so for a few years, but i feel like my progress isnt what it could be. can anyone give me a good routine for a 3 day per week program?
i do my working out at home, saves me money plus i have a lot of equipment:
-a range of dumbells
-low to high tension toning bands
-golds gym bowflex knockoff machine, dont like to use much since its in weird shape, but i use it for some stuff
id like to bulk up more, with some emphasis on the arms, especially triceps. im not asking for someone to do my work, i just wanna see what you guys suggest since you probably have a lot more experience. thanks a lot
