Can I have some lean muscle & strength please? – My Training Journal
Wow he really blew through the accessory work
really impressive! just one thing. With heavier weights you can see his knees going in. Is that safe? Probably just a lost of concentration having done 20reps before, but those knees in really scared me.
I noticed that people were posting comments about switching back to Powerlifting after doing some bodybuilding. Do you think that the bodybuilding training has anything to do with your leg strength / strength endurance?
Looks like you are going to do some damage at the Raw Unity based on the numbers that you have been hitting in training.
Ya, sometimes I warm up with an easy 20 rep set w/462 lbs.....
Then I wake up.

That gym where he trains looks f'ing awesome.
Damn, we will be in the same class at Raw Unity. What sort of numbers are you looking to hit?
Good luck in training.
