How is that deadlift cycle going for you? Are you still doing it?
I only lasted a few weeks on the deadlift routine because my lower back kept acting up. I've been doing mostly speed pulls and work with chains/bands, which put more of the stress on my upper back.
Ya, looking at that on paper looked like too much work for me. I was curious to see how it would go for you, I guess just as I thought it would for me.
