The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Hey Daniel and Tim ........ and others....

Life has been crazy busy. Kids are growing up fast. Now 7 and 3 and a 1/2. It's hard fitting everything in. Even harder to do what I want to. But I've still been training, with the exception of the last 2 weeks. I've had no energy at all thanks to hayfever and drowsy anti-histamines. I've been participating in a 200 swing challenge: 200 Kettlebell swings a day, done in under 10 minutes. I'm up to the 20kg bell, but it's KILLER. If you have a KB, try it, you'll love to hate it. hahaha

In under 2 weeks we're going into business, buying a bakery and running it with my brother, who is a qualified baker. So, things are about to get a whole lot busier. I might be keeping a stash of dumbells or a KB or two at work to blow off some steam.

The back is still annoying, so nothing has changed there, but looking on the bright side, I have not snapped in half. BONUS!

I completed the 3000 pushup challenge in September, getting it done in half the time.... 15 days. My chest and anterior delts grew like a weed. And I've bought some Indian Clubs and have been swinging those around too. Other than that, usual gym routine and too much chocolate.

I'll do my best to pop in here every now and then. I haven't forgotten you all, just trying to juggle everything is a big deal in itself. Hope you're all healthy and happy. xo

Haven't been on this forum for a long time, but was checking the old subscriptions. Congrats on the 3000 pushup challenge. Sounds brutal no matter how many days you do them in. KB stuff also sounds brutal. Keep up the good work.
