The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Oh man this will be awesome because both these guys suck on the ground so we don't have to worry about either getting purely dominated on the ground. I love a good ground match but with either of these two versus someone good on the ground it isn't worth watching. I predict Alexander will destroy Kimbo. Kimbo got knocked out pretty easily against Petruzelli and Alexander is a monster on his feet. Should be interesting to watch nonetheless because someone will be knocked out.

I believe this as well. Houston in general is the better all around fighter and he actually has been training ground, he probably has better ground than Drew Mcfedries by now . I don't think Kimbo is going to last too long in this fight, but he's got a punchers chance.

I think Kimbo's best bet is to look for an opening and go crazy. But if he does that, he has a chance at leaving himself open and getting KO'd. I like watching Kimbo, but he hasn't had enough actual training to have a good chance though. I'm going to laugh if this goes to the ground and sits there, when everyone is wanting to watch their standup.

hmmm, while I see why they are letting him fight in the finale, I don't think it's very fair. He was on the show to try to make it to the UFC, he lost and now he gets to automatically fight on Dec 5th anyways? He should have to at least win once on the show.... Dana sure sells out quickly for ratings especially for someone who talked so much sht about Kimbo, how he stinks and he'll never be in the UFC, etc. Once his eyes lit up green, he loves Kimbo now

I like Kimbo alot btw and will be routing for him

A lot of the losers fight on the TUF finale. They generally fight another guy from the show though, so this is a little different.

Dana co runs a business and they are going to do what makes them the most money sometimes. Kimbo is a like able guy, I think the show did more for him as it showed he is just a normal guy, but with that being said, Houston is going to KO him, to me his stand up is just more solid ( yes they both have no ground game ) but both posses KO power, should be a great fight.
