I am 39 years old permanent user of crutches and have been doing the basic SS on mon/wed/fri and half an hour jog /limp on a trampoline jog piece of equipment. Due to owning a dog i also end up walking for 45 / 50 minutes every day. My crutches force this to be more Eliptical in nature than i can avoid. To counter this i take in around 3500 kcals and currently weigh 12 and a haf stone roughly. This is where i need help / advice = am i doing too much cardio?, too much of the wrong kind of cardio ? or does what im doing seem fine?. Any tips or suggestions for needed alteration / improvement would be fantastic.
