Hi, first let me give you the basics of me im 185 5'8 and im 15.
I bench 120 on olympic machine and 135 on free weight.
I dont have a car because i cant drivr but i am able to work out at my HS at a max of 2 times a week. Ive been doing 3 sets of 60lbs and 15 reps each time on a machine called pectoral contractor. I feel sore after the workout which i was tikd is good but i dont see the results. Do i up the weight or what?
Also ive been benching more but cant lift any higher than 120 lbs what am i doing wrong?
I really want to lift more and tone my pecs badly but dont know what to do, should i buy some weights to workout at home too?
Please i really need help with this, im tired of having flabby pecs, hell it looks like i have moobs (Please no jokes about this)
You dont have moobs, its probably all in your head. Your 15, at that age everything seems more severe than it really is.
You have more bodyparts than your pecs, did you know?
Take on Off Road's advice, start focussing on your other body parts, squat and get a real routine such as Starting Strength (Sticky on this forum).
