For me, this is a strange feeling. Example, Yesterday I did my lower workout which was
12x 3 squats with 264 x 6 with purple jump bands, then 6 more sets without the bands 1:00 minute break between sets.
hanging leg raises 3x15 1:00 break
rear leg curls 55lbs, per leg 3x15 1:00 break
seated calf work 132lbs. 3x15 finished for the day
bike for 5 min cool down
came home, drank a protein shake, ate dinner, another protein shake +ETS , hit the bed. the next morning.
4 whole eggs, 2 scoops of results in water, and fatburners.
I know I have to rest but, I feel like I can do it all again. its feels like a RAGE inside, I have to find something to do/train!! is this normal @ 46 lol
P.S. for the record, almost my supps are "ATLARGE PRODUCTS" except the fat burners, gotta finish the stuff I have before I can get their FB's (stuff purchased before I learned about AL's site!)
