Anyone know of any good ones. There seem to be plenty of bench routines...looking for a few interesting deadlift or squat ones.
Not interested in SS, 5x5 or 5,3,1 or sheiko, either as i am already familiar with these. Unless there is a good variation of these that fit squat or deadlift
