Thanks Gazzy, I hang a long long way to go but I just want to keep adding plates to that bar!
Once I have a garage I will be my own stuff and start a little gym up..........will buy a momo lift and get my elbow fixed so I can bench again........this is all very long term thinking right now but it will happen!
Right now its easy to train the shit out of pulls with no spotter and the suit goes on in 30 seconds so I dont need any help.

Thanks Coke, Im happy with it but really when I see the empty room on the ends of the sleeves I want them full........10 pps off blocks.

Thanks B&T, went up pretty well and I think its from all the band work.

Thanks Garage Lifter, thats what I like to hear!

Thanks Kiff, try 40 x 340...that pumped my forearms up 3/4" lol (yes I measured)

Thanks Tank, already planning my next heavy day he he.

    Very pleased you did!

My diet is up and down but here is an example:

    1) shake with 35 grams P and 35 C, low fat
    2) big chicken sandwich and coffe and 600 ml water
    3) shake with 35 grams P and 35 C, low fat, 6 fish oil tabs
    4) shake with 35 grams P and 35 C, low fat OR chicken roll
    5) dinner meat and mash potatoes with salad and 1.5 liters water
    6) snack like cottage cheese or yogurt
    7) shake 25 grams P 10 Carbs, Zinc and multi

That is today, a non training day.

Training days I have 4 spoons of yogurt and a shake with 60/80 P/C 1 hour before and the same shake after.

Around 220 grams of protein per day, more on training days..

I do mix things up and sometimes eat whole food all day except breakfast which is always a shake 35/35.

Excellent, another guy who can't live without his shakes, haha!

I feel like I should be getting more protein from my food, but the shakes are so damn easy...

    Yep love the shakes Gazzy!

It should be noted that I have seen better gains in muscle and more energy from whole food........chicken and mash or steak and mash all week for lunch and dinner and I feel REAL strong, shakes are not the same but they are pretty good and cheap too!

Upper pump up (no shoulder press this week as shoulder is still not the best).

Cable row variation that smashes the traps-
    40 x30
    80 x15
    100 x8
    120 x8
    130 x8
    140 x8
    150 x8
    160 x8

    Wide lat pulls to nipples-
    100 x25
    120 x15

    Band G.M's-
    Green x10
    10
    10
    10

Row variation to hit mid back holding spud inc ab straps-
    60 x15
    80 x15
    100 x15
    120 x15
    160 x9

    Front/side raises combo-
    30
    30
    25
    10
    10
    10
    10
    10

    Hammer curls-
    30s x10
    10

    Band rows-
    25
    25

Shoulder should be right for next week.

Whole foods are like cake, and shakes are the frosting - they totally rock when together imo.

You plain love to workout Nick, lol.

Haha, deadlifting machine is an understatement!!!

That will be sweet when you get your own home gym. I'd like to do that too. I actually could if I wanted to, but I'm not sure if I'd get as good of workouts if I was training in my own home. Plus, it's nice to be able to have access to all types of different equipment. At the same time, Not having to drive to and from the gym would be awesome....and I could blast Pantera as loud as I want!!! So I guess there's pros and cons.

    Good work bro!

    Thanks Gazzy!!

Thanks John!! Yeah sometimes I like the high volume but not too often, lats seem to recover pretty quick.

    Thanks Coke!! I agree.

    Thanks Muscle G!! One day...

Thanks Bri!! Yep I love the thought of chalk everywhere and my music loud......my gym is pretty gay so Ive really had to work on having a good attitute and treating the place like a hardcore gym when its not ha ha...........some people there actually think I have a mental illness...no joke they think Im crazy due to refusing not to use chalk and pacing like a mad man before heavy max pulls etc.

    Thanks Tank!!

Only 4 days from last max pulls but I was keen to get at it...............haulin Steel.

Extra wide (1" per side wider than my best position) off 7.5" blocks-
    135 x4
    315 x1
    405 x1
    495 x1
    Add super suit ball crusher
    585 x1
    635 x1
    675 x1
    715 x1
735 miss right at lock-out- if this was my normal stance I would have been able to lock it out
    605 x3

    Abs-
    15

    Hamstrings-
    80 x35

Cut it short as I was smashed and a little overtrained, not always a bad thing if you know when to dial it back and recover stronger

Wont ever pull with that wide stance again but it was worth a try

Got all weights off blocks easy so my ab work is paying off, looking forward to some band pulls which I think are best as a builder for me personally

Congrats to Benni for 1015..........no one will catch him for a long time.

Sick work lately Nick! You truly are a deadlifting machine and the Benni vids have to be great motivation. Since I'm starting up my deadlifting this week, I will definitely be watching it beforehand for great motivation. Keep up the great work!

    Strong pulls Nick. Haulin' Steel!!

Congrats to Benni for 1015..........no one will catch him for a long time.
Unreal eh? I linked the vid of Boltons attempt at the same weight from last week. If you compare the two, Andy definitely has his work cut out if he wants to get the 1020. I reckon benny could have hoisted 1015 and then some with the way he executed that lift.

Thanks Coke!! I was a little silly pulling heavy twice in one week but I learnt more this time than last time due to being tired.....had to really think it though and get all sets right first time as I could not afford any slow grinding lifts on my warm-up sets..........worked out pretty well and all sets were smooth.

Thanks Gatorman!! Benni is well ahead of Andy now and will never be caught by him heres why: Benni has better grip which means he can pull faster all the way to lock-out not slowing down for fear of the bar rolling out of the fingers.
Andy has the grip to slow him up and Benni does not so Benni can pull the same weights quicker and easier.
    Strong grip=faster easier pull.
    Benni should go over 1050.

Thanks Kiff!! Not just yet brother!

Thanks Justin!! Haulin Steel.....and yeah Benni looked good for 30 more IMO.

Thanks BC!! Benni is going to stay ahead for good now IMO.

Thanks Tank!! Love them block pulls.
