    Thanks John!!

I will mix in some stuff you said and Tank....

    Barbell rows-
    5 x 5

    Seated med grip rows-
    3 x 8

    Pulldowns wide grip-
    3 x 10

    Chuck rows-
    3 x 10

Pull-ups rip the shit out of my elbow and that sucks.

Thanks for the help, this is different from my normal back work and that's what I was after!

Solid back work brother. 800lbs looked like baby weight...that was QUICK! And I love the "easy reps it's only 340 (assuming in kg, making it 750lbs)" Then he just wanted to keep going. Some awesome stuff. He's really a nice guy, wish him all the luck, he'll be pulling 1100+ soon. I read though that he's lurking after/flirting with targeting the all time record BP now. Whatever he does, he's a beast.

That dude is an effin BEAST. Thanks for posting those up Nick. Glad to see the fellers got you sorted on some different lat work. Should do you well for a while. That sucks about the pull ups being no good on the elbows...woulda been a nice addition.

Congrats on the PR Nick. I saw the blocks missing and thought WTF?

No doubt there are some balance issues with that mega wide stance. Must be awesome for the hips. Though I am sure it tears them up a bit too.

I meant to say.....that pic of your finger which you just went ahead and stitched back together was disturbing. You are insane in the fucking membrane, mate. In the best way of course.

Thanks Mark!! Yep he is the best deadlifter in history and is cool to watch.

Thanks Barrocho!! I have not done that work yet.........its coming up though.
Benni is awesome, ill post some more videos tonight.

Thanks Justin!! Yeah I thought testing myself from a bad position from the floor (for once he he) would let me know if id built some strength there........I have built about 60lb these last few months.
The ultra wides with briefs are ok but I really would not go over 400-450 raw as the SMASH your hips bad.
My comp pull should be around 615 now but I will need to test it to know for sure.
The block pulls and deficit SLDL plus other work have had more carry over than I expected (I did not expect much at all).
The finger was not as bad as it looked

----------Shout out to Tank (Brian Hopper)............hope the op goes well brother!!!!!--------------

If you are a sumo puller and looking for some pulling movements to build it here are a few:

    SLDL off deficit or floor
SLDL off deficit or floor against bands/chains
Sumo SLDL off floor or deficit
Sumo SLDL off floor or deficit against bands/chains
    Ultra wides (in briefs)
Ultra wides (in briefs) against bands/chains
All variations of block pulls you can think of
Speed pulls against bands in suit straps up loose to fairly tight

These have all helped a lot..........just thought this may help some people and also is a reference for me

Deadlift day......................ha ha ha ha ha you must think thats all I do.......used to be bench only and always liked squatting.

5" deficit SLDL feet just outside shoulder width (close sumo sldl)-
    135 x 2
    225 x 2
    275 x 1
    315 x 1
    365 x 1
405 x 1 big PR left some in the tank.........Tank that was for you BHPR
    315 x 2
    315 x 2

    SLDL practice the start-
    135 x 5
    135 x 5

    Back raises-
    20

    Calve raises-
    3 sets of 15

    Barbell rows-
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5

    Chuck rows-
    5 sets of 10

    DB curls strict-
    30s x 14

Real happy, a very short time ago 315 SLDL was hard from a 5" deficit.

My start is way better but has more work to be done.

That's a very solid weight to be pulling from that big a deficit, impressive PR!

    Thanks guys!!!!!

Keen to hit plenty of volume on Monday then go heavy on Friday.

Thinking of tiring myself with lots of deficit SLDL work then pulling from floor heavy SLDL to see what I can do (Monday).

Body is feeling pretty fresh from not pulling against bands in a while.

Bodyweight is 217.5 so it is sloooooooowly heading north.

    Thanks Kiff, appreciate it mate!!

Deadlifts lol.........tired as you can imagine but was ready mentally for this.

Ultra wide sumo from FLOOR (yep I do pull from the floor he he)-
    135 x 2
    225 x 1
    315 x 1
    405 x 1 smooth
    Add loose briefs
    455 x 1
    500 x 6 PR

    Pulldowns-
    120 x 10 close
    120 x 10 med
    120 x 10 wide
    120 x 10 extra wide

    Hammer curls rope-
    90 x 10

500 x 6 was only hard due to balance issues taking up all my enegry on rep 4.

    It has begun!

I can imagine you did have balance issues - I've seen how wide your stances get lol!

It looks like you could match or break your multi-ply PR in just briefs now pretty easily. Nice work on the another PR!

I came in here to see all the deadlift workouts I had missed.....what I got was a ton of PRs and a ton of Benni videos!! You never disappoint Nick! If Benni is going after the bench WR, that'd be awesome. I'd like him to go after the squat WR too, but I'm perfectly happy if Malanichev gets it back.

    Keep up the great work!
