Bloatathon starts now........GF is away so I can just eat and train.....if I was single thats sure as hell not what id have planned for the weekend lol.

Bodyweight at start 218.........aiming at 224.

Put 3 bets on the NRL (rugby league) a game I know well of $160 total..........stand to win between $192 and $8,900 so fingers crossed.
If I win the $8,900 ill buy a suit with legs, a texas deadlift bar and SS bar and bank the rest.

AM bodyweight 218.5.......PM 225 on gym scales.

    Raw deadlifting............a little boring

    Sumo raw off 6" blocks-
    135 x 4
    225 x 1
    315 x 1
    405 x 1
    Add belt
    495 x 1
    545 x 1
    585 x 1
    Attitude change
    605 x 1 Fast

    Back raises-
    23lb ball at chest x 15
    Doubled mini + 23lb ball x 15

Rope rows standing (really good at hitting the back like T bars with-out taxing the lower back)-
5 sets of 10 working up to stack

    Face pulls-
    3 sets of 20

    Chuck rows-
    2 sets of 12

    Pulldowns-
    2 sets of 20

    Seated rows-
    2 sets of 10

My suit is ripped in the crotch, I cut the legs off and this weakened it.......now its ripped and hanging on by half an inch.

I was not pumped to lift today so this was just good ole work......nothing great they can't all be good days.

Thanks Garage Lifter!! I will fix my suit using the material from the legs........should actually be able to make it stronger.
The shoe repair guy I know uses heavy nylon thread which is stronger than the thread metal uses.
BTW metal finland sent me an IPF approved single ply when I paid for the 2 ply back one..........it says king pro on the front but the tag says IPF approved and I can tell its single ply.......hmmmmmmm.

Thanks Tank!! Not the best day but I hit the lats well and learned some more about pulls.

Bodyweight AM this morning was 220.5........thats a morning PR!!!!!
My goal for this year is 223 AM.

Good job on the BW, I wish I could weigh 220 and steady maintain. For a weird reason I woke up pretty light today at 241.6 when yesterday I woke up at 246.8. Oh well, I'm not getting ready for anything so I don't care, lol.

Thanks Tank!! You don't want to be a little 220lber bro......not just yet.

Thanks John!! Things are moving well, feeling very positive about reaching my goals but I do enjoy the journey!

Thanks Tom!! Your right bro what a round of upsets.......I didn't go to well....thought Canberra would be lapped.

I firmly believe that any man's finest hour-this greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear--is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle -- victorious."

    3 pps x 15
    4 pps x 15
    5 pps x 15
    6 pps x 10
    7 pps x 10
4 pps x 50......hard to walk after this

    Leg extensions-
    2 sets of 20

    Seated calves-
    6 sets of 12

    Standing calves-
    6 sets of 12

    Side bends kettlebell-
    32 x 10 per side
    48 x 10 per side
    64 x 10 per side

Nice pump up with-out involving really involving the lower back or hamstrings.

Some guy about my size tried to shoulder me as I walked into the weights area...........he came off second best.

Bodyweight 222.....feel great at this bodyweight but it's not all muscle lol.

True. 8 straight losses then beat the team that's coming 2nd. Don't think many tipped that.

Thanks Garage Lifter!! Was pretty hard but not a massive effort.........legs are sore and heavy right now.

Thanks Tom!! Yep dam hard round to pick........a little pissed off to be honest, some guys just play shit because of origin (saving themselves) which I can understand.
    GO BLUES GO BLUES.

Thanks BC!! Yeah I don't like raw block pulls as much just because I like the support in the hips and the straps are awesome..........Im PUMPED to pull in my canvas which should be here this week.
Yeah that guy was weird, only seen him once and he was acting the same from memory.

Hope my O/K canvas arrives soon so I can test it for pulls.............if it works out I'll be so happy as it will last and last (being canvas and stitched like you would not believe).

Great volume. It's good to get that in from time to time. Did your buddy do the expanding chest bit when you passed? I hate that!

Having 605 in your hands is never boring, mate!!

Killing it as usual Nick. Even a few squats thrown in too. When do you get your suit back? If you deal with your squat in the same manner as your pull you will be squattin houses in no time.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
