The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Ha ha yeah there are plenty of shark attacks (mainly due to plenty of people in the water) you would need to learn to shake out your shoes each time before putting them on in case a spider was keeping warm in one.

Mostly surfers get attacked, not so much swimmers.

Btw do Americans all learn to swim at school like here??

    Good luck mate.

By the way I do the same as you with setting left hand first. Still gripping and rippin in my book. What I really meant was the little amount of time spent fucking around downat the bar
Yep I see what you mean, nothing else to call it but grip and rip a guess.

I fill my gut with air and descend straight into my start position so I just go down, grip and then pull really using the air in my gut to start.......slightly harder with straps up he he.

Negative, there are several adults who can't swim over here. It's pretty sad, but true. Some people I'm sure never even go water deeper than a bath tub. I'd live on the water if I could.

I live on a lake right now, and love it. I'd love to live on the beach though. My wife and I have talked about retiring to some ocean front property in about 25 years, I think that'd be pretty awesome.

    Florida is on my list!

Living on a Lake is one thing I would love to do for at least a few years.........awesome!

    Speed lower day (its back).

Back is out of action as you know so..............

    Leg press-
    3pps x 15
    4pps x 15
    5pps x 10
    6pps x 10
    7pps x 10
    8pps x 10
    5pps x 30

    Leg extensions-
    1 set of 25

Band hip work ( band around knees)-
    1 mini x 30
    2 minis x 15
    3 minis x 15
    1 mini x 30

    Seated calve raises-
10 sets of 10 with 1 min between

Just working around the lat, leg press is down from when I did them each week when I was bench only but not way way down so Im fairly happy.

This made it hard to walk ha ha.

Leg extensions above 50lbs and leg curls above 75lbs really make my knees shake, especially after squats. Really like it though, makes it hard to push through, test of willpower and determination fella. Solid work Nick. If you're ever in Florida, might as well just pick Brian up and drive on through to Texas for a day or two.

Thanks Mark!! Lat is getting better pretty fast so Friday still looks ok so long as I keep healing up at this rate............feeling strong just want to lift heavy as soon as possible as my technique has finally become close to second nature with the pulls..........don't want to much time to pass but have to play it safe.

Thanks Coke!! Was fairly hard towards the end of the leg presses, will be very sore sson no doubt!

Thanks Tank!! Sounds good to me!

Injury update: Things are going really well............feeling strong!

Few more days and I should be right so long as I am aware of the area that needs protection.

Haulin Steel with the power of thunder on Friday!!

Bodyweight is sitting on 220-221 with a little food in the gut........I went from 215 to to 220 way easier than I thought and my mid section looks the same............goal is still 223 AM.
