    Yeah I've heard that one. Anything that will cause friction is going to put negative force on the bar as you're pulling it, that's why I recently started doing pulls in a singlet and with chalk on the thighs.

    Another tip...............if your lower back is weak wear you belt low, if your mid back is weak wear it high

    Like your idea about the 'Tip of the day'. I think the tips should be food related too.

    Big day........I caught you know who for fraud and when I bought it up the person in question lost control, started smashing stuff and told me to leave the office.

    When I went to turn my computer off I was grabbed at and had my mouse ripped from my hand.........it was a mad house.

    I kept my cool somehow.

    I have reported the fraud to the correct people.

    Very tired and I have lost a few lb the last couple days from the stress ha ha sounds funny writting that lol..........went and got a shit load of meat to sort that out.

    Im off work now of course till my new job starts so I will get my weight up today/tomorrow and have some time to focus on training with-out the headache of working with crazy fucks.

    Sleep then gym!!!!!

    Weight is almost back up.

    It was a female who lost control, grabbed at me etc........they will not return my calls to tell me where my money is......it is all illegal so I have no idea why the want to play this way.
    Im in the right and they are in the wrong so it a very strange.

    Deadlifts............no strength.

    6" blocks-
    135 x 4
    225 x 1
    315 x 1
    405 x 1
    495 x 1 very fast
    Add suit
    585 x 1
    635 x 1

    Shut it down was very weak.......speed raw was good but strength was way down.

    Best thing is I know what to do now so Im at least not lost on how to train.

    Rope rows-
    2 sets of 10

    Barbell curls-
    3 sets of 6

    Dumbell curls-
    1 x 40 seconds (7 slow reps)

    Peacock pulldowns-
    50 x 110..............these suck after curls lol


    This really lifted my mood.

    BW PM is 220

    "Tip of the day" if you are trying to lose weight drink icey cold water..............gain water drink room temp or warmer water.
