The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Haulin Steel................semi deload yet some big PRs....work that out!

RAW Ultra wide pulls off 1.25" mats (to be able to drop weights with the form police hanging around)-
    135 x 4
    Add 200lb bands (greens doubled)
135 + bands x 1 damn forgot how much tension those greens bastards add
    225 + bands x 1
    225 + bands x 1
    225 + bands x 1 VIDEO
    315 + bands x 1
    315 + bands x 1
    315 + bands x 1
    365 + bands x 1
    405 + bands x 1 PR
455 + bands x 1 big PR VIDEO 655 at top raw yeah baby

    Conventional SLDL against greens-
    135 + bands x 6 DOH beltless
    135 + bands x 6 DOH beltless

    Hanging leg raises-
    15

    Swiss ball abs-
    15

    Half ball abs-
    15

This made my day........my aggression is back....last pulls I was weak and low on aggression.

My girlfriend has been massively supportive and fought tooth and nail to hammer my former employer for my poor treatment.....it worked........great girl!

    "Tip of the day"-
Find compound movements that DO NOT smash your cns yet build your lifts.......may be hard to find but its great to be able to recover quickly from something productive.
You can hit these when your not feeling 100% or just rotate them with harder movements that you still need to really build your cns.
Example would be ultra wides for me....easy as to recover from, deficit conventonal pulls against bands will smash me.
Once you know what is tough on you and what is not you can work out what to do on any given day much easier.
    Hope that helps

Thanks Garage Lifter!! Was fairly hard at start as ultra wides always are but overall the weight was fine.

Thanks HJP!! Yep very wide........makes the start hard. Every time I hit a PR on ultra wides my comp pull goes up so its a good tester and builder also.

Thanks Coke!! We are all a like here.....already Im thinking of adding 40lb lol.

Thanks Tank!! Was good after the rocky week and up and down bodyweight so I am pretty pleased.

Thanks BC!! Yeah I like toes to plates in gear........3.5" from plates raw. Im keen to see you work out your geared pulls......big pulls from you so long as you dont rush like a bull ha ha (we are very similar he he) BULLS

Thanks Tom!! Thats the ONLY thing I dislike about sumo...you need to set your feet well. I fucking love running up to the bar on conventional pulls and ripping it.
Still dont spend too much time saying prayers and talking to myself lol.........Big air and pull!
