Thanks HJP!! Its something I would enjoy 100%.....wait till I settle in and get the bank account looking good then may do the night course which my friend actually teaches.

Thanks Garage Lifter!! I have been working 15 years now (left school young) mostly labouring.......only 4 years in an office and I find the gossip etc very hard.

Thanks Coke!! I hope so he he.

And yes Kiff we are older than you ha ha.

Very busy with new job so wil catch up on your lifting in the next couple of days.........shoulders and abs tonight.

BW is 218.5 which is awesome as I have found it hard to leave the desk to eat and dont feel comfortable just yet eating protein bars in my desk chair......settle in soon.

Calf work for the hammies? Hmm may have to add that potentially. Why does it do that do you know?

Thanks Tank, even better today now Im starting to be useful.

Thanks Coke, True words for sure!

Thanks BC, Yeah today was really good actually......got to eat heaps during the day ha ha

Thanks HJP, not 100% sure but I have noticed it big time.........think its because weak calves hold you back in that area.......all I know is my hammy strength shot up once I did some regular calve work (not all that much really, just some good work once a week).

Itching to train tomorrow.....going to pull for a max and will take camera.......goal is 600 + 170 in bands

Can't wait to see how your pull goes.

I'm interested, what calf work do you do?

I'm not a big fan of heavy calf raises on the machine, as I find it puts so much vertical pressure through my spine.

Thanks Gazzy, I like all kinds........I alternate seated with standing raises....usually hold a the top of last rep for 10 seconds.....go close to faliure for 1-4 sets of 10-20 mostly but I mix it up.

Thanks John, Yeah some bad news there bro.........I am not cut out for the work....too much typing and shit and I hate it.......may do my PT course if they cant give me some client on the road type work........at least the people are cool

Haulin Steel...................tired from a huge week at new job doing overtime but still in ok state to train I guess.

    Weighted abs-
    10

Sumo off 1.25" blocks against 170LB in bands (purples and monsters doubled)-
    135 + bands x 1
    225 + bands x 1 VIDEO
    315 + bands x 1 VIDEO
    405 + bands x 1
Add suit (straps 1/2" looser than last time)
    495 + bands x 1
545 + bands x 1 balance was bad but easy VIDEO
    Battery dead
595 + bands x 1 PR lost balance but did lock-out well for split second
595 + bands x 1 again lost balance but perhaps faster rep
    595 + bands x miss, too tired

    Leg press-
3pps x30 Zero energy now ha ha

    Back raises-
    15 nice and slow

    Weighted abs-
    10

Happy with this if you take into account I was very tired.....balance was an issue but strength and speed was good......I had just enough to get the top sets in then I was seeing stars and could hardly see my phone while txting GF........face has 1,000 blown blood vessels

Next time I will do better so Im feeling very positive!!

Really? Have you not seen ''The Heartbreak Kid?''.........funny shit

Strong pulls Nick. Balance is definitely tricky with the ultra wide stance.
