Thanks Hayden!! Yes it is fun.........makes learning the movement easier, it was my worst lift now thet are all even but soon my pull will be my best.

Thanks Borracho!! Yeah really exicted about this cycle....two more weeks then a new one. Friday I am going to unleash some speed on my max effort work.

Thanks Traps!! Yep good fun for sure.

Thanks BC!! So good for the lowerback......conv and back raises along woth sumo block pulls and your sorted in that area.

Just giving the mid section a little work, no upperbody as I hurt my right forearm a little last week on the top set.....arm popped and dropped down 1/4" so not sure what I did but ill see how it is Friday.

    Thanks guys!!!!!

A bit upset about my forearm.

I'm not going to pull today not worth it, arm clicks if I turn it slowly.

Good time to test my squat........goal is 600x3-5.

It will work out bud. Progression is seldom a straight line. We're all hoping this will be a minor issue.

IMO, gm's are better off used with 3-5 reps. I don't think they do any good with singles. Other then that, nice work buddy!!!
