555 x 1 40lb PR pretty easy and no balance issues
Kettlebell rows elbows right out to side-
32 x 20 per side
Seated rows medium grip-
140 x 8/8/8 10 sec between sets
Good to test my deficit, it sucks but I could pull 6 plates from a deficit now if I gave it max effort...........that was a goal a few months back so BOOM!
Shoulder is messed up but I think its muscular so thats cool.
Tip of the day- Deadlifts: To build your pulling grip do all your speed pulls grip and rip even if you like to set hands when you go heavy.........it will build your grip quick!
