All the block pulling leads to a deficit PR (big one at that). That's what happens when you have a good plan and attack what you're weakest at head on, good work man

    Thanks guys!!

Bet you thought I could only pull from blocks hey

Lots to work on but its going well.

Tip of the day- Deadlifts: If you use plenty of back for sumos and bend right down to reach bar, start with shins 1-2" from bar so your shoulders are not way over the bar at the start.........this will also help you pull back rather than straight up.

    Nick,

My briefs are size 44 mate. Super tight in the hips and plenty of room to grow in the legs. The legs seem to be a bit longer than the pro briefs which is why they may be giving the impression of being more flared/loose at the ends.

I just checked them this morning and the crotch is cut at a horizontal angle. The legs literally come out sideways.

Thanks Tom!! Sent you a Txt. That day was good and I feel (know) I have my form sorted..........it was not what I thought causing the problem at all.......keeping it top secret...J/K.

Thanks Justin!! Im thinking of pulling in 44s. They are cut better than any briefs I can see from photos.

Just had a look through for a good PR to try to beat now that I think my form is better, wanted something not long ago that was hard.

I hit 545 + 200 in bands off 1.25" mats last time and it was pretty hard so I know if I can beat it my form is closer to where it needs to be after a shit ton of practice..............here goes!
