    Sumo off 3" blocks-
    100lb off my best was hard so I shut it down

    Leg press-
    2pps x 20
    4pps x 10
    6pps x 30

    Curls-
    6 x 10

    NEVER had a good session with 3" blocks, not sure why but it always is less than 2 or 4" blocks.....

    Overtrained right now but that's to be expected.

    Abs felt strong as ever.

    Know what needs doing and I did not get hurt so I'm happy.

    There should always be positives, for example knowing what will overtrain you and won't will not (rather than getting angry that your overtrained).

    Squats are back in the picture, it's the only lift that seems easy (relatively) for me so why not put up some numbers.

    Pretty sure I'll get a few plates on that bar by the end of year.

    That's me, I've probably never done 2 weeks of abs work. I'll do crunches, or cable crunches, anything, then the next week don't even think to add it in. Really trying to focus on having some solid ab weeks to get me going.

    Side bends-
    48lb bell x 12 each side

    Squats all moved well but I don't like the canvas suit much....it does nothing until you put the straps up, I guess once I crank the straps it will be really good.

    Upper body can hold it's position easier than ever now but my quads and hams need tons of work.

    Lower back is pretty smashed from all the work lately but apart from that Im actually feeling very good, I think only pulling heavy on wednesdays my body will catch up on some much needed rest and healing.

    Good job squatting for the first time in awhile. Are you still using the Overkill canvas suit? What about your deadlift days, are you down to 1x a week since your squatting again?

    VERY nice squat session buddy! Hows the canvas fit in the hips? Also, how wide is your stance? I know a lot of guys have to go wider in a canvas to get full advantage of it.
