    Yeah huge hours at work which is making training harder but I feel pretty happy with the changes Ive made to my routine and am keen as ever.

    Christmas party last night I seriously had 50+ drinks!

    Lost 6lb from dehydration so I may do ok in the bloatathon......start weight 214 ha ha

    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Raw convention rack pulls from knee against quad minis-
    135x3
    225x3
    315x3
    365x3
    405x3
    Switch to close sumo
    425x1
    455x1
    495x1
    520x1 PR pretty easy VIDEO

    Back raises-
    23lb ball at chin x20 with 10 sec hold
    X15 with 5 sec hold
    X15 with 5 sec hold

    Kettlebell shrugs-
    3 sets of 15

    Gym closed so that was it.

    Very happy to hit a PR while I'm getting smashed with work, 14 hours today.

    Yeah the back raises are fairly hard once you get to the end.

    Just feeling so good to progress while sleep and food are so poor.

    Speed pulls rawwww against 190lb bands (purples and monsters)-
    Close sumo today
    135 x 2
    135 x 2 extra set to get used to a stance Ive not done much
    185 x 1
    205 x 1
    225 x 1 x 6 VIDEO......415lb at top this is 65% of 640
    Worked up because I felt like it
    275 x 1 x 2
    295 x 1
    315 x 1 VIDEO
    365 x 1
    405 x 1 may be a PR with that much band raw, was not too hard

    Back raises-
    23lb ball at chest x 51.....11 rep PR same form
    BW x 10 fast up slow down

    Single leg hamstring curls-
    2 sets of 15

    Leg extensions-
    1 set of 30

    Kettlebell shrugs-
    5 sets of 12 with 12 sec between sets

    Band pull-aparts-
    1 set of 20

    Band face pulls-
    1 set of 20

    Had the whole gym to myself and fucking loved it, need to train with some lifters and not these fags doing endless shoulder raises and curls.
