    Yeah Rob, stiff crap bar.

    Excited about using a real one.......they bend from like 450 ha ha.

    Stiff and thick bar builds the grip well so that's cool.

    Sumo off 1.25" mats against purples-
    135 + 120 x 5
    225 + 120 x 2
    315 + 120 x 2
    405 + 120 x 2
    Add suit (straps 1 cm tighter than last week, still not tight)
    495 + 120 x 2
    545 + 120 x 2
    570 + 120 x 2 PR......1st rep perfect, second ugly

    Speed pulls conventional 2" deficit-
    255 x 3 x 5 sets

    Speed pulls conventional 5" deficit-
    255 x 3 x 2 sets

    Hamstring curls-
    120 x 10

    Shrugs-
    Kettlebells 76s x 20 x 3 sets

    Calve raises-
    3 sets of 10


    Fun day, the conventional pulls are feeling more fluid now.

    Did not do back raises today as that position presses right on my groin.

    I think the cycle Hayden is on is better because hes doing conventional pulls, for sumo rep work is ok but not as good IMO as conventional rep work.

    Overall a good day and I really like this type of day with lots of pulling, only pulling once per week is great so I can handle the extra volume no probs so far.

    Hayden, I added the deficits becuase I knew I wouldnt do back raises. RSU.

    Rob, The first was fast the second a grinder but thats good for building mental strength which is part of the reason for the 3-2-1.
    Much slower ha ha.

    Feeling very good, this time last week my groin was stuffed but now its pretty good.

    Want Wednesday to roll round so I can deadlift again but Im looking forward to the upper back day and the squat day too.

    Coke and Tank I would like to be 230 PM and them make my way down to 223-225 lean, the getting lean part while keeping weight up is not so easy for me but I guess most are the same while drug free.
    Over 230 right now I would just be fat.

    Hayden the pulldowns were a PR im pretty sure, felt strong on them.

    Sitting around doing more eating, should hit 230 in 2 weeks

    Been to the toilet 8 times yay.
