Thanks Tom!! Suit is great and I have improved my technique a lot the last few weeks on pulls.
I think doing the deficit work helped correct my form along with working flexibility.
Good news is I can pull 645 with a very wide stance and not the most efficient form, means I should beat that next time with the new better form.
Keen as heck to train boys, love the higher volume deadlift days.
Upper back and some other work coming up.
