The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Thanks Tank, things are working ok right now.

705 x 2 was old PR from memory and I can beat that now easy even though I dont hit block pulls much anymore.

Taking it easy till next Tuesday than is full steam ahead.

Thats awesome to come back and double 20lbs more than you just missed. Hardcore. Many would have left it for the day.

Thanks heaps bro, the miss was just due to hands and it felt light on my back so I knew 20lb would be fine.

Very keen to rest the grip and see what I can get for a single, thinking 740-755.

You thought 135 was a big curl....I think that's funny. Although I will admit I though 225x8reps was a big bench the first time I saw someone do that.

Nice pulling also with the 695x2.

    Thank you very much all!!!!!

Still chilling, I have been working with Jericho Blade Works to get two custom knives made.

One 4" slicer 3/16" thick and one 9" chopper.....1/4" thick blade....I'll post pics of these beasts.

Back to training soon, body weight 227.5 for a PR so the rest has been good to me.

    Nice pulls, Nick.

2012 NRL season is almost here :-) You catch the all-star game? I had $20 on the NRL all stars to win by 12 or less .Nice little profit.

If you don't compete soon I will stab you.

    Seriously.

Well, not seriously, but come on man! So many good comps running around!
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Made easy work with the heavy duty pulling, leg pressing is ridiculous too.

Thanks Justin, Borracho, Coke, Hayden, Tom, Luna and Tank!!!!! Was great to train while feeling fresh for once.

Some upper work.........back too sore to do barbell rows.

    Lat pulldowns-
    100 x 30 x 4 sets

    Barbell curls-
    45 x 20
    65 x 7
    85 x 5
    105 x 5
    125 x 5
    Small amount of cheat
    135 x 4 PR
155 x 4 too much swing to count
    Strict
    85 x 10 x 4 sets

    Front raises bar-
    45 x 12 x 4 sets

    Rear delt raises-
    20s x 10 x 2 sets

Done, this took about 3 minutes.

Need the curls for my biceps......I can reverse curl about the same as curl so my biceps must suck.

Squats and leg press on Friday.
