The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Aiming at going to the brisbane deadlift comp in Dec.
That would be great, mate. Love to see you do that.

Thanks everyone!!!!! Super busy like most of you but coming in here seeing all the comments is great.

I cancelled the deadlift bar order as he was taking a while and I need the money for my trip in March, I did however buy some steel ha ha SR-101 steel.

I have a love of knives and camping, bush etc, got the new Swamprat knife.......semi limited edition (around 500 made).....hard to break using a sledge hammer.....impossible to break in the field.

    Anyway.

    Squats day.

Med wide stance squat with walk-outs-
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 2
    315 x 2
    365 x 2
    405 x 2
    Add briefs
    455 x 2
    495 x 2
    545 x 2
    585 x 2

    Leg press close stance-
    4pps x 12
    6pps x 12
    7pps x 12
    8pps x 12

    Dimmel deadlifts-
    135 x 20 x 3 sets

    Power cleans-
    135 x 10 in 6 seconds

    Plate curls-
    3 x 5lb each hand x 15

Happy with the squats, think that is around what I could do when I was actaully trying to build my squat.
